I think that this video let us appreciate the richness and the diversity of the Vallenato music and its festival, and how it has become in what is now. Also, this video show us how it stared, how was it develop and how the history has influence that rhythm, at the same time we can learn some of the history of the festival, how it works and which people participate of it. I personally think that the Festival Vallenato is one of the biggest represents of Colombia around the word, just as Carnaval de Barranquilla.

The traditions and things that identify this event. Another thing, is the opportunities this event gives to the persons to participate, and be part of the tradition. To give the importance that our folklore deserves, because this is OUR traditions, OUR origins, OUR history, and no one can write it or tell it better that us, and we have the right and the obligation to keep it, and make it known to the other cultures and, even, the world.
